We're building a performance OS for executives—software that gives leaders real-time visibility into how their teams are doing and helps them make smarter decisions.

Right now we're three people: a CEO, a CTO, and (hopefully) you. We're moving quickly and building something we think actually matters.

The Role

As our first engineering hire, you'll tackle challenging problems across the entire stack. You'll own features from conception to deployment—database to interface—and help define our technical direction alongside the founding team.

Day-to-day, you'll be:

• •Building AI agents and implementing retrieval systems that actually work
• •Shipping features across our stack (React, Supabase, modern LLM APIs, and more)
• •Iterating extremely fast based on client feedback—we get a lot of it, evaluate what matters, and quickly ship changes that improve user experience and product stickiness
• •Making architectural calls that need to scale as we grow
• •Working directly with our CEO and CTO on both product and technical strategy

What We're Looking For

The basics:

• •Solid full-stack chops (React, backend work, databases)
• •Real experience building AI agents and retrieval systems
• •Good taste in agent design, hallucination reduction, and building AI products that people actually stick with
• •Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration
• •High ownership—you see something broken, you fix it

You'll love this if:

• •You get excited about hard technical problems and like understanding things deeply
• •You want to build something from the ground up and own major pieces of it
• •You'd rather ship fast and learn from users than polish in isolation
• •You care about writing good code and building products people actually want to use

A heads up: This isn't a role where everything is laid out for you. You'll need to take ownership of problems, figure out technical solutions independently, and make decisions without always having someone to check with. If that sounds energizing rather than daunting, you'll fit right in.
