Over the last few weeks we shipped a wave of updates with a single throughline: making the intelligence on the platform easier to trust, easier to shape, and easier to live with day to day. Less time wrestling the tool — more time acting on the answer.
Here are the five that matter most.
1. Edit any report or slide just by describing the change
Reports are no longer something you read and accept as-is. With the new AI Edit panel, you describe the change you want in plain language — "tighten the executive summary," "reframe this section around margin risk," "swap the second chart for a quarter-over-quarter view" — and KNOWIDEA regenerates that part of the document for you.
Every change comes back clearly marked, with inline accept and reject controls right on the report. You see exactly what moved before you commit to it — nothing is altered silently. The edit conversation lives alongside each report and survives a refresh, so you can step away mid-revision and pick up exactly where you left off.
The result: a report becomes a living draft you can direct, not a static deliverable you have to request changes to and wait on. Editing that used to mean a back-and-forth now takes a sentence.

2. Confidence scoring: verify any number, down to its source
In a high-stakes decision, the first question is always the same — can I trust this? Now you can check. Select any claim or figure in a report and KNOWIDEA runs a confidence check: multiple independent models evaluate the statement in parallel, cross-reference it against live sources, and return a synthesized confidence score.
For figures produced by our analysis pipeline, verification goes a step further. The scoring models receive the exact query and logic that generated the number and can re-run it to confirm the result, rather than estimating. You get a figure you can defend, with the reasoning behind the score laid out.
This turns every report from a set of assertions into a set of verifiable claims — exactly what you need before you put your name on a decision.
3. Assumptions and data gaps, made visible
Good analysis is honest about its limits. Reports now surface the assumptions behind the work and flag any data gaps directly in the document, so you see not just the conclusion but the conditions it rests on.
If a figure relies on an estimate, a proxy, or an incomplete dataset, you will know — instead of discovering it later. Combined with confidence scoring, it means KNOWIDEA shows its work. You are never asked to trust a black box; you are given the reasoning, the caveats, and the means to check them yourself.
4. A workspace that keeps up with you
As your library of reports, market analyses, and dashboards grows, finding the right one shouldn't slow you down. We rebuilt the home workspace around how teams actually work:
- Folders with drag-and-drop, so you can organize by client, project, or theme
- Archive for anything you want out of the way but not gone
- Inline renaming and quick actions on every report
